The drone is rather fun to fly, with plenty of software and hardware adjustments possible. The constant height flight is more engaging then I initially thought. It allows to use various objects like large rocks, bushes etc to fly over even higher obstacles. For beginners it would definitely be fast enough as well.
Make sure you calibrate both the accelerometer sensor and the ultrasonic sensor in order to have a smooth first flight. Updating the firmware may also be a good idea.
The drone can make backflips!!! It's a special feature from the software manager.
The frame is quite stiff. Also plastic quality seams good. On the first day survived couple minor crashes with no consequences.
