The ULTIMA RT series maintains its edge at the highest levels of racing truck competition with the next evolution in performance, the RT6. Reinforced with extra durability from the inclusion of tungsten diff balls, one-piece steel front wheel shafts and one-piece shock caps, the RT6 also combines high-strength 7075-T6 grade Duralumin main chassis with side plates that dramatically improves overall chassis strength and pitching direction rigidity. This additional strength and durability doesn’t just provide an edge on race day but also builds confidence between driver and machine as it powers through long hours of hard training without complaint. The gull wing rear suspension arms and precision damping settings of the suspension system are designed to produce optimal handling characteristics with traction control. On high-grip surfaces the motor can be mounted mid-ship, while a rear mount configuration can be used on low-mu surfaces. In addition, the chassis is compatible with a wide range of batteries from straight, separate, to short type. The mount included for short type LiPo batteries can be positioned either front or rear to adjust weight distribution.
