Update details

1. Improved the problem that discharging of high internal resistance Ni-MH (Nickel-Metal Hydride) batteries does not finish.
2. Changed the maximum value of the charging safety cut-off voltage from 1.55V to 1.60V for AAA and AA Ni-MH (Nickel-Metal Hydride) batteries.
3. Added a discharge cut-off time at the second discharge in analysis mode, enabling measurement of the average discharge voltage in the set discharge time.
4. Corrected the value of average discharge voltage in Ver. 1.0.0.9-2
5. Added "Ave." indication to the average voltage on the display
