This 1/10 scale 2RSA (2WD rear solid axle) machine delivers the thrilling sideways action Trophy Trucks are famous for. Based on the previous version but extensively refined, the Outlaw Rampage Pro 2.0 improves durability, drivability and overall versatility. A newly developed V2 gear set at the heart of the drivetrain features revised materials and tooth module profiles that reduce drivetrain noise while significantly increasing durability. The radio tray has also been completely redesigned, allowing greater flexibility in ESC placement and offering additional mounting positions for T-plug connectors. The new dustproof receiver case protects the sensitive electronics and provides easier access for maintenance, including easier gain adjustment when using a gyro-equipped receiver. Strengthened suspension and running gear combine with numerous detail improvements to elevate performance across the board. The result is an evolved machine with the potential to become the new standard for R/C Trophy Trucks. Sold as an ARR (Almost Ready to Run) kit with roughly 70% of the vehicle factory-assembled, simply install your R/C electronics and power system, paint the body, and you’re ready for action. Main chassis incorporates a high-rigidity resin bathtub frame for strength with easy maintenance. Paired with the radio tray, it forms a durable structure built to handle the punishment of hard off-road driving.
Inspired by 1970s–80s trophy trucks, the pre-cut body includes masking sheets to make painting simple, while the grille features separate black plastic parts that add a bold, aggressive touch to its appearance. *Photo shows a painted example. White line decals are not included.
The rear roll cage and spare tire carrier add impressive scale realism. The mounted spare tire is fully functional, and changing the number carried can even be used to fine-tune the truck’s weight balance.
Aluminum oil shocks feature hard-anodized cases for durability and titanium-coated shafts for ultra-smooth action. Large-capacity aeration design with long stroke delivers excellent control and traction over rough terrain.
New offset rod ends on the steering wiper side prevent the tie rods from popping off under full suspension compression. The lower suspension arm shape has also been revised to avoid interference with the stabilizer rod ends.
Based on the original design, the knuckle arms and front hub carriers have been reinforced for increased durability. These parts are also compatible with the existing Outlaw Rampage Pro.
A redesigned rear stabilizer link increases breadth of tire compatibility. In addition to the standard 2.2 mm front and rear stabilizer bars, the kit includes 1.8 mm and 2.6 mm options for suspension tuning.
Revised materials and tooth profiles in the new V2 gears reduce drivetrain noise and improve durability with the same tooth count and modules. Color has been changed from black to grey.
The receiver has been moved into a protective case on the radio tray, making gyro gain adjustments easier for receivers with built-in gyros. Additional ESC mounting space at the rear with two battery connector holder positions allows broader compatibility with ESCs that have shorter motor wires.
New heat-resistant Teflon dust cover sits between the motor and motor mount, preventing dust drawn into the motor from entering the gearbox and damaging the gears.
