From a first low wing airplane to a sports flier for an expert, the versatility of the pre-assembled Calmato Alpha 40 Sports with its EP/GP dual compatibility is the perfect choice. To commemorate its 50th anniversary, Kyosho is proud to release the special black graphics over an orange background color version of this airplane admired around the world. Not only does it look sharp, it also provides high visibility at altitude.
As an ideal introduction to low wing airplanes, the compatible design provides the added benefit of either EP or GP power sources. Whichever you prefer, the DNA of the Calmato provides superior stability and maneuverability to perform basic stunts such as loops and rolls. Also, the semi-assembled kit is pre-covered in Kyosho’s special 50th anniversary color print. Kyosho’s original design also requires no gluing to complete and the left/right main wing halves are joined with an aluminum pin to allow compact transport. Motor mount, engine mount, tires, spinner and linkage parts are all included so there are only a few items needed to start enjoying sporty flight at a reasonable cost.
